All you need know…
We would be delighted to curate a bespoke offering for you based on your party and interests. This includes arranging activities and staffing requirements for the duration of your stay, understanding your food and beverage preferences, recommendations for private chefs on and off the Isle of Lewis and understanding any personal requests. We also have additional accommodation options for those travelling with their own staff. The SCALISCRO team are here to provide a very tailored stay for you and your guests, so please get in touch on enquiries@scaliscro.com.
Our standard offering includes a housekeeper, the estate head keeper and his assistant. We can also arrange for a private chef.
Yes, our lodge is very family-friendly and designed to be welcoming and comfortable for every age. We can provide child-friendly amenities such as high-chairs and cots. We also have a games room to keep kids of all ages entertained.
Dogs are very welcome to stay, but not in the house. We have kennels available outside.
Although we strive to accommodate everyone, due to the rugged terrain of our setting and the location of all rooms of the first floor, with stair-only access, the lodge and surroundings may not be suitable for those guests with reduced or limited mobility. If you have any questions about specific requirements, please contact us directly.
Please don’t wear outside shoes in the house, we want to preserve our beautiful bespoke rugs! We have a boot room and comfortable slippers available for guests. The interior of the property is strictly no-smoking.
The property is fitted with Starlink Wi-Fi throughout.
Our basic package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A sample menu is available upon request. All culinary preferences can be catered for and upgraded packages are also available. Please enquire for more information.
SCALISCRO offers eight principal guest bedrooms alongside two smaller, more intimate en-suite rooms on the top floor, ideal for children, accompanying staff or quieter private stays.
